1) Do I need a gym?
YES. These workouts are designed to be done in a typical gym with standard equipment.
2) What else besides a gym do I need?
Although not required, we strongly suggest you create your own little “gym bag” with a few versatile items to help you get the most out of your transformation:
- Mini Bands - choose a medium and light resistance
- Yoga Mat
- Jump Rope
- Bungee set with handles – Ideally you have light, medium, and heavy
3) How do I sign up?

4) What if I miss a day?
It’s ok! The beauty of this program is you can just start where you left off. Stay in sequence with the workouts.
5) Can I do this over again from the beginning when it's over?
Of course! You own this program forever and can access it as you wish.
6) What if I can't do some of the exercises?
There are modifications for more challenging exercises. We encourage you do what you can! This program helps to develop strength and skills so that you will soon be able to do exercises you might not have been able to do in the beginning.
7) What if I'm not seeing results?
As much as we focus on the training, your diet is equally important! What you eat will make a huge difference in your weight loss. We included the SOS Food Plan to give you structure with your meals and see the most results!
