What to expect:
You’ll experience a mini workout so you can FEEL and HEAR the difference with how I cue you online...It makes all the difference for your form, safety around weight training and your body’s results. From a confident beginner - advanced.
I'll walk you through EXACTLY how [MOM] works. I'll show you, step by step, how to utilize the incredibly functional, organized workout library of exercises (If you’re technically shy, this open house will take that anxiety away) and more.
The purpose of this open house is to help you get a feel for how you’ll experience this unique online strength training group and decide if this is your vibe or not.
There’s zero need to sign up for the actual program - and this won't be some creepy high pressure sales pitch to you. This is a way to get a taste of Muscles Over Menopause, and know immediately if this program is for you.
And last thing, if you can’t make this live, no problem. I'll send out a replay afterwards.
